Choosing a hot and spicy ramen, she detailed the process for customers, emphasising the option to pair their meal with a drink from the fridge. The innovative aspect lies in the direct payment system demonstrated by Huynh, where patrons can use cards or cash at an automatic machine, eliminating the need for cashiers or staff members. This unique dining experience is sparking curiosity and interest online.

She mentions, ""A lot of you asked how things don't get stolen. And yes, there are CCTV cameras. But I think there's just a level of trust here that you'll pay yourself." Additionally, she discloses that complimentary side dishes include bean sprouts, spring onion, and fish cakes as toppings, with kimchi and pickled radish as her chosen sides.
