Rajasthan: Bus-Bolero collision in Sikar leaves over 10 injured; several critical - VIDEO

Sikar: An accident involving a bus and a Bolero in Rajasthan 's Sikar left more than 10 people injured on Thursday. The accident took place on Reengas-Khatu Shyam Ji road. Some of the people sustained severe injuries. The injured were rushed to the hospital for treatment. No casualties have been reported so far. Reengas police station officer Himmat Singh reached the scene of the accident. More details are awaited.

In a similar incident last month, a collision between a truck and a car on Fatehpur-Salasar road in Rajsthan left 5 people dead. Another accident involving a speeding car in Rajsthan's Kota left a woman fighting for her life. The CCTV footage of the accident, which has since gone viral on the internet, showed an out-of-control car coming to a halt after it rammed into a roadside tree in Kota.

The speeding car hit a few two-wheelers and a cow before crashing into the tree. While the bikers collapsed on the road, the animal was not so lucky and was crushed to death. A woman sustained injuries and is undergoing treatment. Her condition is said to be critical. The incident happened in Kaitoon town of Kota on Tuesday in the presence of a police party.

The cause behind the accident is yet to be ascertained.
