CLAT 2024 Admission Process: Registration Begins, Grievance Filling Window Opens Today

CLAT 2024 Admission Process has begun. The registrations for the admission counselling process have begun from today, December 11, 2023. The candidates can apply till December 20, 2023, till 10 PM. Meanwhile, the candidates can file grievances against the final answer key from today.

CLAT 2024 Admission Process has begun. The registrations for the admission counselling process have begun from today, December 11, 2023. The candidates can apply till December 20, 2023, till 10 PM. Meanwhile, the candidates can file grievances against the final answer key from today.

The grievances may be raised ONLY by candidates who have submitted objections as per the Consortium’s “Notification: Objections to Question Paper and Provisional Answer Key” dated December 04, 2023. The portal has been opened at 12 PM today.

“Candidates must login to their CLAT account on the website of the Consortium of NLUs (the “Consortium”) and validate that they have been invited for counselling during each round. The Consortium shall not be responsible for any undelivered emails/SMSs.”reads the notice.

Those candidates belonging to the general category have to pay Rs.30,000 and those are ST/ SC/ OBC/ BC/ EWS/ PWD categories are required to pay Rs.20,000.

There are options for candidates in counselling round. If the candidate is satisfied with the allotted seat and is not interested in participating in further rounds shall choose the 'Freeze' option.

Float option can be chosen the candidate has not been allotted their first preference NLU and chooses to leave ‘open’ the possibility of getting a higher preference NLU seat

Exit option is when candidate does not want to participate any further in the Counselling Process, they may choose to ‘Exit' option.
